Mechanism and Action Mode of Biological Pulping Enzyme:

Enzymatic pulping is to use high activity hemicellulose and low activity cellulase to pretreat the pulp before pulping, which can destroy the S1 layer and S2 layer of the fiber cell wall, lead to the activation and relaxation of the fiber surface, promote the water absorption and swelling of the fiber and fine fibrosis, improve the pulping performance of the fiber, help the separation of
filaments, thus playing the role of reducing the beating energy consumption, improving the bonding force of the fiber and the physical index of the paper.

Characteristics and Advantages of Biological Pulping Enzyme:

1. Softening the fiber after the fiber absorbs water to swell, and reducing the grinding time of a disc mill;
