Description:
3-Allyloxy-2-Hydroxy-1-Propane, Sodium Salt (AHPS) is an anionic surfactant with a molecular formula of C6H11NaO5S and a molecular weight of 218.2. Its structure contains three functional groups: carbon-carbon double bond (C=C), hydroxyl group (OH) and sulfonic group (-SO3). It is a highly hydrophilic and polymerizable functional surfactant monomer. It can react with monomers containing carbon-carbon double bonds (C=C) to prepare water-based resins with high hydroxyl value, good wettability, bonding strength, water resistance and scrub resistance.
In polymerization, it is added as the bottom material to play the role of emulsification and dispersion, and can participate in polymerization. The resin system can form a good controllable molecular chain segment and the particle diameter is widely distributed. Small foaming; Polymerization can be carried out in low PH or high acid monomer environment; There is no surfactant migration in the resin system, and the dispersion of the pigment filler in the system is good.
