Composition: Calcium stearoyl lactylate 50% Sodium stearoyl lactylate 50%
Properties: CSL/SSL is milk white powder or bead solid with a light caramel smell like. It is soluble in hot ethanol, toluene etc, and it's hard to be soluble in water, watering and forceing to mix can disperse it. It is safe, non-toxic, excellent performance, wide application anionic edible emulsifier. Belongs to the multi purpose emulsifier, flour modifier.
Usage: Mixing with flour directly, or addi it into 6 times 60 degrees around warm water., After making into paste, add into flour in proportion, the result is better. Recommended adding amoun: 0.2-0.5%(calculated by flour).
Use: It is used in bread, cake, baked products, liquid protein, frozen protein, dehydration potatoes, instant noodles, dumplings, steamed bread and noodles ect.

Storage and transportation
Seal and storage in the low temperature, dry, cool and well-ventilated place, in order to prevent the moisture absorption and caking. Strictly forbid to store and transport with materials that is explosive, combustible or deleterious. The shelf life is 18 months.
