Application | Used in bread, cake and cheese bakery as food preservative. It can release free propanoic acid in acidic condition, and can be used as antiseptic or mildew preventive of bread. It exists in Swiss cheese naturally. Used as feed additive, combined use with other inorganic salts can improve appetite of livestock, increase the production of cows. Have good antiseptic effect in toothpaste and cosmetics. |
